To access the apache cvs server in eclipse is very simple too.
Search with "pserver" as the keyword under help(F1). The first hit should give
you instruction on how to setup a new repository location. You can find all the
necessary parameters on this page:

In case you are using Eclipse 3.0 (M4 or M5) or have some other preference,
you'd need to to make some adjustments. It's a good starting point
