That would certainly be an appropriate name for my type (3) form bean (that included event handling), and perhaps even for a type (2) form bean that includes some sort of hooks into validation. It doesn't fit the type (1) style that contains only data, though.
Yes, that one sounds more like an InputContext (that InputHandlers might extend).
