I have an application that uses frames, and I could use a tag that renders
an HTML frame element with the src attribute appropriately specified given
the name of a global-forward element in struts-config.xml.
So I wrote it. I didn't actually get it to work in my container, but I
figured I'd submit it to struts before I forget what I did, and I'm going to
bed now.
The only attribute of the HTML frame tag that is not supported is
'noresize'. I've included the org.apache.struts.taglib.html.LocalStrings
that has the frameTag properties, in addition to the struts-html.tld with
the frameTag in it.
