               src/doc  installation.xml
  Log:
  Change the Struts build process to place the "build" and "dist"
  directories *inside* the source directory, rather than up and over
  ("../build/struts" and "../dist/struts") as they are now.  Tweak the
  installation documentation to reflect this.
