Hi Jean-Noël !

Ok, had a slightly closer look.
AFAICT your taglib does provide shortcuts to certain "often used"
(whatever that means :) patterns in pages.
Specifically you reduce the amount of explicit HTML for such pattern.
For now this seems a neat idea. However I'm not yet convinced the
number of such "often used" patterns is as limited as your initial
proposal does claim.
Having said that your taglib seems to work just nicely together with
the other taglibs and therefor it shouldn't be a problem to use it
alongside a fullblown struts.
Why not try to add your more specialized tags to the other taglibs
under new names or by adding additional options to the existing tags ?

Once you've achieved that I see no reason why this taglib couldn't
become part of struts but then I'm not in the position to make any
decisions here...

code from other taglibs as that would require changes in more than
one place should the original ever need changing.

Fine with me. Why not go ahead ? ;)
I for that do like to have many different ways to achieve a certain
result (yes, I also like Perl ;-)
Best,
Michael
