Struts 1.0 b2 and JDK1.3 :(

Hi there,

I found a problem to import the source code struts 1.0b2 to VA for java
3.5.3.

The function 'describe' in the class org.apache.struts.util.BeanUtils using
JDK 1.3 function Collections.EMPTY_MAP.

The bugzilla database is currently off-line.
