how can I connect to the CVS?

Hello struts-dev,

  How can I connect to the CVS at jakarta.apache.org? I try to do
  it from WinCVS with CVSROOT set to
  
   :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/cvs

  I can login to the apache.org, browse directories, view files.
   
  Where is a problem here?
