The DTD file at http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/dtds/struts-config_1_0.dtd contains entity declarations of the following kind: <!ENTITY % BeanName "CDATA"> My SAX XML parser refuses to accept these. In fact, XML tools I have (e.g., XMLWriter, etc) don't like it as well. I wonder what my Struts or XML configuration might be missing and what could be done to resolve this problem?
