Ali et al,

Please pardon my rudeness... I did not mean to ignore any of you.

I do not subscribe to this mailing list, and I was expecting a
personally addressed e-mail; thanks to Ali, I know know there is some
interest in this framework. I shall now subscribe to

Ted,

I do not currently have this hosted, but my javadoc is at:
http://lnx201.ncep.noaa.gov/doc/javadoc_nco/
....
and the package of interest is:
gov.noaa.ncep.nco.ussb.db

I know this doesn't help you much, but I promise I will follow up soon
with a download site for you.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I would not just like to "drop
this off" with the Apache Foundation, but rather, I would like to
participate in the development/maint effort(s). Is the Apache
Foundation already saturated? To which forum should I post a more
formal proposal? Is the struts mailing list appropriate?

Also... I have class diagrams prepared with TogetherSoft's community
product, but (perhaps) as you know, as an unlicensed user, I'm unable to
export the diagram into a viewable electronic illustration. If you're
really interested, I could screencopy it for you.

As for further documentation, I will have to prepare an example
application (it won't use struts, but I don't think that's of importance
-- the two frameworks would be loosely coupled anyway, and integration
shall be obvious).
