One of the things we have found helpful on Tomcat releases lately is to
include an up-to-the-minute list of the bugs we are talking about that
need to be dealt with. As bugs are dealt with, the release plan is
updated on the web site, so people can see what's left.
I volunteer to accumulate an initial list of target bugs later this
afternoon, and update the release plan doc accordingly.
