When loading a servlet "action" (org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet) I get the following error on Tomcat 3.2.1 and Tomcat 3.2.3: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.commons.logging.impl.LogFactoryImpl The identical application works fine on Tomcat 4.0. There are some hints in the mailing lists on that problem but no real suggestion of a good workaround or fix.
