+1 A few other comments:
1) We'll need to add these criteria to the web site as well, as part of the explanation of how to get added to the site. 2) We should make it easy to download the "Powered by Struts" logo, so that it is easily available for people to add to their own sites. 3) We might also want to provide a recommended textual credit (i.e. a bit stronger than an "e.g.") for people to use. 4) We use the "Powered by Struts" logo on the Struts web site, but the site isn't actually powered by Struts...
