http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=6103 id attribute does not supported by all html input fields [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |FIXED ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2002-06-25 00:26 ------- You can generate an "id" attribute on these tags by using the "styleId" attribute on your custom tags -- the reference documentation has been enhanced to mention this as of last night's nightly build. The reason that "id" was not used directly is that "id" is a reserved attribute on custom tags in JSP 1.1. The restriction got relaxed in JSP 1.2, but we need to keep Struts tags compatible with 1.1 for now. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
