id attribute does not supported by all html input fields

You can generate an "id" attribute on these tags by using the "styleId"
attribute on your custom tags -- the reference documentation has been enhanced
to mention this as of last night's nightly build.

The reason that "id" was not used directly is that "id" is a reserved attribute
on custom tags in JSP 1.1.  The restriction got relaxed in JSP 1.2, but we need
to keep Struts tags compatible with 1.1 for now.
