(or in your case web server/servlet container) You must specify in the configuration files what the host name is (see your web server/servlet container docs for details). I've done this for Apache/Tomcat, Tomcat (standalone) and Resin (standalone), so this is invalid. If you need additional help, please contact me on the users list.
