Per the release plan, I just took a pass through the bug reports and marked a bunch of them LATER to be analyzied after 1.1 is released. I left the open bug reports against 1.0.x, not because we necessarily want to fix them in the 1.0 branch, but to make sure they have been addressed in the 1.1 equivalent files.
