Hi, I think I'm finally ready to give something back to the struts community. I've developed a custom tag that displays a language select box in a form. When you select a new language the form is submitted and the tag updates the locale stored under Action.LOCALE_KEY. I think it's worth adding to struts in some fashion (of course I would think so :-) because it helps with supporting I18N easily. I know there's a contrib directory that new proposed stuff goes in but how do I go about getting this in there?
