Until it's put into the "contrib" tree, you can just download the attachment
that I added to the enhancement request (#12365), which is the entire
distribution of the project.  When you build it, you will likely see one
error due to the fact that I didn't create a "conf/share" directory (first
noticed by Eddie Bush).  If you manually create that directory and rebuild,
it should build ok.  It doesn't have much documentation yet, but the
top-level README provides useful information.  The
"doc/userGuide/struts-*-el.xml" files contain the documentation for each tag
and attribute, although not quite in a friendly form yet.  The
"strutsel-exercise-taglib" application provides a useful demonstration of
many of the tags.

If you do download directly from the attachment, you should also know that
it will probably be tweaked somewhat when it's stored into "contrib", but
it's hard to tell exactly what will change.
