Personally, I try to link off to another document with more detail as soon as I can. (Witness section 0.7.0 in the Preface.) Other authors like to include more detail in place. (Witness sections 0.7.1-0.7.6.) It mainly depends on how much time ~you want~ to volunteer to a task and what else you can link up with. -T.
