I don't believe there is an "official query".  What I do is select 
Struts as the product and the select 1.1b1 and 1.1b2 and the nightly 
build for versions.  Other folks have looser criteria, but I generally 
have plenty to choose from in the list I get.

Pick one :-)  Please ensure the patch you submit is a "cvs diff -u". 
 That part *is* official.  Other formats may be accepted too, but using 
that format will help expedite things.

? including commons dependencies?  I'm not sure what you're asking, but 
you should be able to grab a nightly binary distribution to have the 
required JARs to build with, if that's your question.
