[struts-el] HTML taglib

Is anyone else unable to compile JSPs which make use of the struts-html-el:html tag? I was changing some struts-html stuff over to use struts-html-el so I could just remove all references to struts-html (one less thing to refer to and I don't have to think about whether I can use EL or not - just use it if I need to [later]), and started noticing pages weren't compiling. I tracked it down to (so far just) the ELHtmlTag class.

I can provide the listing for the error if need be.
