http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14054 Rename "Application" components to "Module" Summary: Rename "Application" components to "Module" Product: Struts Version: 1.1 Beta 2 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: Controller AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] I wanted to get this in bugzilla after the discussion on the struts-dev list. We've agreed that the standard name for modules is "modules" instead of "sub-applications". The docs have been changed to reflect this but Struts classes and methods have not. I believe the plan is to deprecate "sub- app" references and provide "module" equivalents before 1.1 final. After 1.1, we will remove the "sub-app" components. I'm leaving this as a bug instead of enhancement to remind us to do it before 1.1. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:struts-dev-unsubscribe@;jakarta.apache.org> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:struts-dev-help@;jakarta.apache.org>
