http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14186 The "lowsrc" attribute of "html:img" is not in the HTML 4.01 specification Summary: The "lowsrc" attribute of "html:img" is not in the HTML 4.01 specification Product: Struts Version: Nightly Build Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: Other Component: Custom Tags AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] The "lowsrc" attribute of "html:img" is not in the HTML 4.01 specification. This is apparently supported in most browsers, but wasn't even in the HTML 3.2 specification. It was probably useful when most people had 14.4kb connections, but it has less relevance now. We should deprecate this attribute, and remove it post 1.1. The statement was also made that we should make the tag ignore the attribute at the same time as deprecating it. Although I sincerely doubt anyone will miss it, perhaps that's going too far? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:struts-dev-unsubscribe@;jakarta.apache.org> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:struts-dev-help@;jakarta.apache.org>
