I agree that support for TC 3.2 isn't a big deal since we still have
Struts 1.0.2 which does run on TC 3.2 right ?
I have experience with SOME deployed systems where the software
has to go through IV&V and can take 18 months or more to be deployed,
ie Military Systems. Luckly it takes a similar amount of time for all Software to
be validated, so it all uses 18month old technology. As long as the released
version of Struts 1.1 runs on versions that were released within say the last 8 months that would be
Ok Which means TC 3.3.X or better.
