Create "use pages" for javadoc

Summary: Create "use pages" for javadoc
           Product: Struts
           Version: Nightly Build
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
                CC: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Javadoc "use pages" create a "Use" link for each documented package, class and
interface. As an example, it's generated for J2SE and it's a great help for
understanding relationships between classes. I'd like to request that Struts
start generating "use pages" as well. It looks like all that's required is to
add use="true" as an attribute to the javadoc task of the compile.javadoc target.
