Obviously, I'm in favor of the migration, my only question is the timing.

Will making this change beg another beta release cycle?

Or, do we we already anticipate a Struts 1.1 beta 4?

If we are going to need a beta 4 anyway, then, sure, lets do it now.

If there is any chance that beta 3 might otherwise go to a release candidate, then let's make this part of a *very early* 1.2.

At some point, we need to develop the habit of releasing after every new feature or three =:0)
