Hi!




Please provide a hint for <html:html locale="true"> which is the solution for 
the first JSP appearing with the servers locale instead of the browsers/users 
one.




Because such detailed information don't really fit in the user guide

I would put it in the Newbie-FAQ

create a new Howto-Guide for i18n or create a new section like "common 
problems".




I was already half the way down to submit the problem as a bug. Thus I think it 
would be good to mention the solution anywhere. (I got my hint that there's a 
tag attribute for it in struts-user news in an article from 2000.)
