Please provide a hint for <html:html locale="true"> which is the solution for the first JSP appearing with the servers locale instead of the browsers/users one. Because such detailed information don't really fit in the user guide (http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/userGuide/building_view.html#i18n) I would put it in the Newbie-FAQ (http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/faqs/newbie.html) create a new Howto-Guide for i18n or create a new section like "common problems". I was already half the way down to submit the problem as a bug. Thus I think it would be good to mention the solution anywhere. (I got my hint that there's a tag attribute for it in struts-user news in an article from 2000.) Thanks!
