It seems like there's a few different bugzilla queries in use, and I'm confused by the subtle differences.

What are the bugs that need to be fixed before RC2? What is the "best" bugzilla query to use to track progress towards release readiness? Did David Graham's and Ted's discussion on how to treat resolved later vs. unknown on Bug 18094 reach any kind of general consensus?
