Actually, I'm surprised that its *only* 35%.  By going through the
custom tags and writing cactus tests for them, I seem to be swinging
back and forth (with each tag I tackle) on an emotional pendulum of
frustration, enlightenment, and finally appreciation.

I find it very cool that the tags can do what they do given the
evoloutionary (or should that be "revolutionary") growth and
supported-features they've had to endure.

I'm definitely +1 for separating the custom tags into a separate jar.
