http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16788 WML tag library for core Struts actions ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-04-01 13:47 ------- Perhaps I misunderstood the idea of /contrib, but I thought its purpose was to be the staging area for inclusion into the core. What else would its purpose be? "Things which we distribute and support but aren't part of Struts and aren't going to be" seems like a strange category to have. It was my intent to offer this implementation as a candidate for inclusion as a core tag library, alongside the other presentation libraries, and assumed that contributing it to /contrib was the first step towards getting buy-in. I certainly understand the hesitancy to add new software into the Struts repository if there are no committers who feel comfortable vetting solutions in that area. Perhaps this would be a good time for using the "vote for this bug" feature? Are there any committers who know WML enough to review incoming patches for correctness? If not, then that may be enough to scuttle any further discussion. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
