Discussion on the Wiki and struts-dev points to some consensus that RequestProcessor 
should 
become an interface (or implement a new interface) to make it easier to compose 
handlers for the 
various lifecycle phases.  Details of this implementation are deferred to a post 
Struts 1.2 release.
