The version in the manifest file is 1.03 and its 22kb The one you can download from: http://apache.linuxforum.net/dist/jakarta/commons/logging/binaries/ Also its manifest file is v1.03 but the file is 31kb and it contains the log4j implementation. A workaround is the replace the .jar in the lib folder yourself.
