Yes.  All my projects use struts db connection and there was talk about
removing it (which I presumed to be from the distribution).

I assume it will not change, so building it every day is irrelevant.

Having struts-legacy as part of Struts 1.x distributions is a different
question than having it built automatically as part of the nightly builds
and integrated into that release.  I presume you are more interested in
the former?
