http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20994 url tracking by user for testing purposes [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|REOPENED |RESOLVED Resolution| |WORKSFORME ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-09-09 03:33 ------- I could certainly subclass RequestProcessor, but considering the multitude of issues surrounding subclassing RequestProcessor already, I hate to do so for such a simple little thing as more logging. I had hoped that since logging levels could be turned on/off, that this would be just another low level output that is handy to have. Using the container is a great way when you have full control over that environment, and having it in the core distribution seemed to be beneficial to all. I am fine with closing it out, and waiting to see what happens with ComposableRequestProcessors or a similar solution in the future. I think a HowTo of 'How can I implement URL tracking in Struts" could simply point to code snippet similar to what was originally put in this enhancement request. Of course google is a good way to find this too as 'URL Tracking by user in STRUTS' is #1 hit. :D (see also http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20993) Similar method for tracking exceptions. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
