http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=23141 Allow an Action with no ActionForm Summary: Allow an Action with no ActionForm Product: Struts Version: 1.1 Final Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: Other Component: Controller AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] In the case where there is a form that has no fields - just a submit button - it would be useful to allow an <action> that has no form. In this case the <html:form> could still be used to point to the action - but no form would be required. The struts docs make it sound like this should alreayd be possible - but it throws a NullPointerException if you try this. thanks - dave --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
