James:It's not your setup. About a month ago I tried the tests on 1.1 Final, RC-1, Beta 3, ...
All Taglib tests are failing on me right now. I am getting the following
errors, and I don't know if it is because of the situation at hand or my
local environment setup. That is why I was going to wait for everthing to
get ironed out concerning the taglib unit tests. Unit tests for code other
than taglib are working fine, and passing. I am going mess with it later
tonight, and see what I can figure out.
All those tests also failed. They didn't fail at one time. I tried upgrading to cactus 1.5beta1
and hit some other snags. You might be able to roll back to cactus 1.3. Again that isn't
a real solution, but may be good enough for your needs.

willYou can get around the unit test issue by either: - Comment out the sections of the tests that are failing or - Directly reference the ones you want tested
Either way would only be a temporary solution, but it would help you move along until we iron out what's going on.

------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-10-01
I did some user testing of the tag, and it seems to be working, but I
add
unit test once the unit test issue is resolved.---------------------------------------------------------------------
