Ted, Why were many bugs said to be marked LATER but then changed to FIXED? Also, some bugs were marked FIXED and I didn't see any corresponding commit messages with the fixes. I've gone through some of these and changed them to LATER but there are so many that I wanted make sure I wasn't missing something.
