Use attribute 'id' instead of 'name' in html:form-Tag

Being able to index the forms so that they didn't use the same name has come up
before. Perhaps in this context.

When I validate XHTML pages with HtmlTidy, it wants to set the name and the id
to be the same value.

I'm not volunteering :), but is there a way that the form tag could start
appending an index number to the forms if there were more than one?
