For Internet Explorer, Netscape (and I guess mozilla), in the FORM, INPUT, TEXT
and PASSWORD elements there is an attribute called autocomplete that prevents
the browser to save usernames and passwords. This attribute is not on the TLD
of the html:* elements. I think it is worth adding to the TLD since it is very
beneficial.
