What exactly is the error?  It is supposed to be a feature that the html:javascript 
tag throws a JSP 
Exception when you specify dynamicJavascript="true" with a form that is not in 
validation.xml -- if you 
take the form out of validation.xml, you will cause the exception to be thrown.

Using the example webapp from Struts, I can see that the staticJavascript.jsp works 
without throwing an 
exception.

On the other hand, the client-side validation isn't working, but it also doesn't work 
when I roll back to 
JavascriptValidatorTag 1.44.  I'll double-check myself, but I wanted to ask Matt to 
clarify.
