I doubt it'll happen though - it might make things a bit easier to start your project, but once you've configured struts-menu it's easy. Or you could use something like my AppFuse project (http://struts.sf.net) to start your Struts projects - then Struts Menu, Display Tag and JSTL are already included and configured.
