I have tried a number of things to no avail.  Either I am not hitting it
with enough load or in the right scenario.

Can you comment please on the "patch" that I had applied to
DisplayMenuTag.java:
A) Does the latest release address issues surrounding url rewriting?  As
far as my snooping in the code base could tell, the issue still exists.
B) Was this the "proper" way to address the url rewriting issue?
