Struts-Menu is a simple JSP tag (or set of tags) that you put into
your page and it'll render a menu. It shouldn't get in the way of
struts-template, and you could easily put the menu tags in their own
menu.jsp and then include them in a larger templating system. Have
you tried using SM with ST? Are you getting errors?
