I am stuck with almost similar problem.

I have done all the changes suggested in the Eric's mail to get Struts
running on Weblogic.  All JSPs are compiled at startup but when I invoke
index.jsp in the examples, I get a runtime exception for the "message" tag.

Pls. include me in your reply to others on Struts on WL.
