Where did you find that ?
The only one I have is: 'jakarta-struts-src-20010122.zip' and there isn't
any struts-example.war or I'm blind what could be of course.

Once I unpacked the struts-example.war into tomcat
I found them in tomcat/webapps/example/WEB-INF
