struts-config_1_0.dtd / Struts Version 1.0 (nightly build)

When I open the file 'struts-config.xml' with XMLSpy, there is a validation
error in the struts_config_1_0.dtd (DTD/Schema error - element 'CDATA' is
undefined). 

Can anybody help me...
