can we remove this user from the list ?

Every time, when I am sending an email I am getting this message (maybe others
too):

Subject:
        Mail User is Out of Storage Space
   Date:
        .....
   From:
        [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Can we remove this user ? Maybe he is not there anymore.
