You can have any number of <html:form>'s and form beans on a JSP page, as
long as they all go to different actions/URLs.
When you do a POST, HTML/HTTP limit you to one form per request, so you can
have only one form at this point.
You may consider using indexed parameter names like
<!-- table 1 --> <html:text property="field_A_1"> ... <html:text
property="field_B_1"> ...
<!-- table 2 --> <html:text property="field_A_2"> ... <html:text
property="field_B_2"> ...
