This has been discussed in length on both the
struts-user and orion-interest mailing lists. I
suggest you search www.mail-archive.com for hints.
If I recall correctly, Struts-1.0b1 won't work in
Orion (for exact reasons, search the above). Try
Struts-0.5 and it should work fine.
