Ok, I understood. I think you need a little workaround ... Maybe try this. Inside the form I would use a hidden input-field that value is a comma-seperated list with the name of all checkboxes inside the form. This field will be submited with the form. Now you know which checkboxes are inside the form and can ask the request if it is present.
