UnknownHostException

Hi all, I got a problem today when I moved my development server to another
network. Struts can't resolve the dtd's it needs at startup, I get a
UnknownHostException. The network I moved my development server to is verry
complex with proxy servers and such so the remote dtd cant be reached.

Can I use a local dtd?

Help, anyone?
